Here's a super nice and clean 2006 Fender Standard Series Stratocaster Neck complete with the original tuning machines. The neck is straight and the truss rod adjusts properly. The frets are virtually wear free. The walnut skunk strip is every so slightly proud on the on the treble side for 3-4 frets - hardly noticeable by touch, but there. There's also some light wear that is visible but not noticeable when playing.
