2012 Epiphone Limited Edition Custom Shop 1966 G-400 SG-Pro | Road Runner Hard Case
Here's a very clean 2012 Epiphone Limited Edition Custom Shop 1966 G-400 SG-Pro finished in Alpine White that is just barely yellowing to a nice cream color. The hardware and pickup covers have a unique and authentic looking patina that appears to polish out (see last picture of stop bar underside) but just gives it such a great look I decided to leave it as is.
A very comfortable player at just 6.7 lbs and a nice thick and wide neck profile that definitely dips into rounded '59 territory.
The frets have virtually zero wear and the intonation is spot on. No tuning issues are apparent and the action is low and comfortable - but not too low.
This model has a quick connect system with coil splitting humbuckers controlled by the push/pull volume pots for an extremely versatile guitar with the ability to achieve tele-like tones in the middle position w/ both coils split.
There is some very minor wear that should be expected to be present on a 5 year old guitar. One very minor superficial nick on the back of the neck and a few similar spots on the back edge of the lower bout near the strap button (resting up against a wall on carpet).
