Here's a super nice and clean Squier by Fender J. Mascis Jazzmaster Gold Anodized loaded pickguard complete with pickguard/pickup mounting screws, and small screw to ground the ground lug tab.
All controls function properly as they should included both tone circuits. No scratchiness or static from the controls.
