Here's a clean Fender Noiseless Hot Bridge pickup for a Stratocaster guitar. The lower coil that facilitates the hum cancelling is broken. This coil either needs to be rewound or bypassed.
Top Coil meters at 5.04 kΩ and has about 7" of "Hot" lead and 4" of "Ground".
